Navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and adjusting to life changes or even exploring who you are, therapy can be a useful tool in working through some of life’s complexities. My approach to therapy is working collaboratively to identify how to best support you through genuine connection, trauma-informed care, decolonizing therapy, as well as embracing compassion and laughter as we work together.

Therapy is not a one size fits all approach and together we will work on identifying what strategies work best for you. With experience in supporting folks through trauma pertaining to sexual and domestic violence, intergenerational trauma, first gen/immigrants/children of immigrants, gang violence and sports performance concerns, my work is influenced by Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Narrative therapy and lived experiences.

Outside of the therapeutic work, my passions lie in coaching wrestling, spending time in nature with family and friends, thrifting and referencing memes.
